These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Super Tech Cargo Packers and Movers. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

Services are provided subject to a written agreement or booking confirmation. No verbal commitments shall be binding. Our liability is limited strictly to the terms outlined in the signed service agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A booking advance may be required at the time of confirmation.
  • Full payment is due before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We reserve the right to revise estimates based on actual goods volume, distance, or access conditions.
  • Cancellation charges may apply as outlined in the service agreement.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be transported under any circumstances:

  • Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials
  • Illegal goods, drugs, or contraband
  • Perishable food items (unless special arrangements are made)
  • Live animals or plants
  • Items of illegal or disputed ownership

4. Liability and Insurance

Our liability for damage is limited as follows:

  • Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Our liability is limited to the declared value of goods as stated in the inventory.
  • We are not liable for damage to items that were packed by the customer themselves.
  • Transit insurance is available at an additional cost. Without insurance, liability is limited per the Consumer Protection Act.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure clear access to pickup and delivery locations.
  • Provide accurate inventory of goods to be moved.
  • Disclose any special handling requirements for fragile or high-value items.
  • Obtain necessary permissions from housing societies or building management.
  • Be present (or have an authorized representative) at pickup and delivery.

6. Delays

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Super Tech Cargo will communicate any delays promptly.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 7+ days before move date: Full refund of advance.
  • Cancellation 3-6 days before move date: 50% advance refundable.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours: Advance is non-refundable.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana. We encourage resolution through mutual discussion before legal recourse.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
